After working as a Career Development & Training Consultant and a Life Coach, Kate Johnson took her own coaching advice and followed three of her passions: raising goats, making cheese and teaching. In 2014, Kate launched the artisan cheesemaking school The Art of Cheese in Longmont, CO, where she is the main “Cheese Coach”. Kate is a regular contributor to Countryside Network’s Goat Journal, writing cheesemaking and goatkeeping articles for every issue. Her fourth book, Tiny Goat, Big Cheese! is part memoir and part cookbook, chroncling her journey from city kid yearning for the country life to living on a dairy goat farm and running one of the busiest cheesemaking schools in the country. www.theartofcheese.com
