Stephen Gould
Stephen Gould joined the Board of Everards Brewery a 6th generation family company (Stephen is a non-family MD) as Trade Director in March 2003 and was appointed Managing Director in March 2005. He has worked in the pub and leisure industry for over 25 years in Human Resources, Operational and Commercial roles, previously with Bass Plc and Punch Taverns Plc. Stephen has a first class BA (Hons) Sociology, Staffordshire University. He is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, was Awarded Outstanding Alumnus of The University of Oxford’s Advanced Management and Leadership Programme and has been recognised as one of the 2019 Kindness and Leadership 50 Leading Lights in the UK supported by Unilever, the University of Oxford and Women of the Future Programme. He has also held Board positions at Nottingham Business School and the British Beer and Pub Association. He lives in Derbyshire in the UK with his wife Wendy and three children, George, Lucy and James.
