Amy Twiggs
Amy Twiggs is a former elite gymnast and member of the National Women’s Gymnastics Team. She is also the mother of four amazing teenagers. While doing gymnastics at Stanford University, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus in health and development. She has worked in the behavioral health field for many years, and is now the owner of Flippin’ Awesome Coaching and co-owner of Pro Mindset Academy. She is professionally certified through The Life Coach School in mental and emotional health tools that greatly enhance clients' overall performance and life experience.
