Jeff Lovejoy
Jeff Lovejoy is a self-proclaimed “student of leadership” with strong values and proven history of success leading technology sales organizations. Given his desire to work with people more than numbers, Jeff’s first job after college was with GE as a participant in their Technical Sales Program. During the time at GE, Jeff found a passion for personal development, which led him to launching the Nashville market for the motivational products company known as “Successories.” After several years with Successories (“paying tuition”) he jumped back into a technical sales role with Nextlink, a telecom company that later became known as XO Communications. Jeff rose quickly through the ranks at XO, becoming General Manager for the Nashville branch and eventually expanding to a multi-city territory. Jeff has been leading technology sales organizations since 2009. In March 2017, Jeff was having a cocktail with a friend, and the idea for LeaderQuips came to life.
