Michael Oster
Mike Oster is principal of Level Up Advisors and author of the best-selling book Level Up, about how we can use competencies as the channels to carry our personal strengths to our goals. He brings his 20+ years experience as a CEO and Board of Directors leader to help his clients be the best possible versions of themselves. He has held senior executive positions with private and publicly held firms. A few of his more interesting ones have been serving as Commodore of the South Beach Yacht Club in San Francisco, President of the Napa Valley Symphony, CEO of Summit Global Partners in San Francisco, and President of the Boys and Girls Clubs Foundation in the Palm Springs Area. Mike and his wife Susan live in Phoenix with their 4 dogs.
