Matt Poischbeg

Matt Poischbeg, born and raised in Hamburg Germany, moved to Everett WA after finishing his BA in Business in 1995 to work for Sea-Dog Corporation. In 1999, Matt took over the reins at Sea-Lect Plastics Corporation a manufacturer of plastic injection molded products with an in-house tool & die shop. A genuine passion of Matt is the support of apprenticeship programs. Matt's TED talk and support for apprenticeship programs is a direct result of his own experiences. He finished school at the age of sixteen and completed two, 2- year apprenticeships in Germany. Matt graduated from the Leadership Snohomish County program in 2008 and served on its board for three years. In May of 2014, he joined the Village Theatre board, a calling due to his passion for the performing arts and musical theatre.
