Ra'eesa Motala
Ra’eesa is a creative and tenacious corporate and industrial real estate solutions executive as Vice President of International Commercial Real Estate Firm, Lee and Associates. She is relied on by businesses to provide strategic real estate solutions and an understanding of ground-up development, leveraged investment solutions, acquisitions, and strategic negotiations. Ra’eesa joined CGC Commercial before the launch of the Lee & Associates Twin Cities office. Her core focus with business owners is within Corporate Headquarters and Industrial Manufacturing. Her work spans both locally and nationally, giving her a competitive advantage when advising her clients. A University of Minnesota graduate, she attended St. Matthews University of Medicine before pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
