Jeffrey Tefertiller
Jeffrey has spent most of the last three decades in Business Continuity and Service Management. He has built Business Continuity Plans and consulted with company leadership in several industries. Jeffrey takes a business-centric approach to Business Continuity, focusing on how to keep the organization continuous during an event. In a cookie-cutter world, he believes in customizing Business Continuity programs to the needs and requirements of each organization. Jeffrey built his methodologies off NIST and FEMA standards, acquiring certifications through each agency. Jeffrey recently wrote a book, "Business Continuity Planning: The Art of Remaining Continuous".
