Dr. Indigo Triplett
Dr. Indigo Triplett blends success practices of the West with wellness philosophies of the East. She owns and operates, 4D Performance SDN BHD, in Malaysia. Before relocating to Asia, she led her company Careers in Transition, Inc. to being recognized as a Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America by Inc. Magazine in 2012 and 2013, and top 1,000 in 2014. She has worked in the psychology industry and aside from her HR consulting experience, she taught psychology at DeVry University, wrote weekly mental wellness columns for Inc. Magazine, and has provided seminars and keynotes on success and mental wellness including topics on Resilience, Forgiveness and Letting Go, and Diversity and Inclusion. She is the author of "Playing by the Unwritten Rules" and "Dueling Dragons: A Bipolar Journey From Darkness into the Light". As an coach and HR Practitioner, Dr. Indigo blends her corporate experience with mental wellness and helps people step into their greatness to live their best life.
