Ron Lynch
Ron began his career in accountancy before holding various senior posts in the UK Department of Trade & In-dustry, and senior management positions, including Chief Executive, in the private sector. He has commercial experience in a variety of sectors including retail, food processing, transport, catering and jewellery. He launched a marketing and management consultancy in 2001 and subsequently set up several businesses of which he was a director and shareholder until he stepped down in 2017. He is a member of the Advisory Board for Nottingham Business School, and previously he was a director of Leicester College, Regional Chairman of the Institute of Consulting, a member of an advisory committee for the British Geological Survey, a member of the East Midlands Regional Assembly and the East Midlands Regional Economic Cabinet. Ron has an MSc in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Stirling.
