Ron Jones
Ron Jones is a veteran and served in the United States Air Force and the Texas Air National Guard from 1977 until 1984. From 2005 to 2016, Ron has dedicated his career to building others to their highest levels in the insurance industry. He has won multiple awards of excellence for recruiting, training and retaining some of the most successful insurance professionals in the industry. In 2016, Ron felt lead to start a company that empowers insurance recruiters to recruit the right type of candidates into the industry by matching the right candidates with the right company. He is passionate about, not only recruiting the right candidates, but providing the new candidate with all the tools necessary for their success. “I am more excited and optimistic about building a successful business and being over the age of 60 than I was when I built my first million by the age of 25!”
