Dr. Pauline Reich

Dr. Pauline C. Reich is an American lawyer/academic, mediator and arbitrator. Pauline was a Full Professor at Waseda University School of Law in Tokyo, Japan from 1995-2017, and Founder/Director of the Asia-Pacific Cyberlaw, Cybercrime and Internet Security Research Institute and is currently completing a contract as a Senior Fellow at the Centre of Excellence for National Security at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Pauline is the sole editor of the law treatise CYBERCRIME AND SECURITY since 2003. Pauline is a founding member of the Information Network Law Association of Japan, and a current member of the Singapore chapter of International High Technology Crime Investigation Association. Pauline has been a consultant at the United Nations Secretary General’s Office and a member of an expert team, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, reviewing Cybercrime curriculum modules for universities worldwide.
