James Balda
James Balda is President and CEO of Argentum. In this role, he is responsible for the overall leadership of the Association and is charged with transforming the vision and mission of Argentum to meet the changing needs of the senior living industry. Before joining Argentum, Balda served in several roles at the National Restaurant Association where he was responsible for advancing the association’s business development, insurance, and financial services product strategy, focusing on enhancing the member value proposition and growing the membership base, transforming the association’s brand, marketing and communications activities, and expanding relationships with state partners. In a prior position, Balda served as Senior Vice President of Membership and Professional Development at America’s Health Insurance Plans. His responsibilities in this position included association’s member services, professional training, customer service, and online media programs.
