Suzanne Kryder

Suzanne Kryder is a neuroleadership trainer and coach who blends leadership development with an understanding of how the mind works. She has helped thousands of people to be more effective including at the Department of the Interior, University of Maryland, National Institutes of Health, University of New Mexico, and the Brookings Institution. Her book, The Mind to Lead, explains her leadership coaching model on being calm, confident, and powerful. She has a Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico, an M.S. from George Washington University, and a B.S. from the University of Georgia. She graduated from the Corporate Coaching Program in 2001. Suzanne is a co-founder and host of the award-winning public radio series, Peace Talks Radio about non-violent conflict resolution. Suzanne has practiced mindfulness meditation since 1985 and is certified through Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California to teach one-day classes.
