Lucile Kamar
Lucile is the Diversity and Inclusion Manager (EMEA) at Norton Rose Fulbright. She is an award-winning diversity and inclusion expert specializing in implementing change and empowering individuals and believes in the power of diverse and inclusive teams to transform the workplace. She is an experienced facilitator on topics such as Unconscious Bias, Micro-aggressions in the workplace and the power of diverse teams. She's passionate about creating safe and brave spaces to facilitate discussions, challenging conversations and connecting with people. Her dynamic personality energizes people to meet the challenges of the world around them. She has experience driving diversity and inclusion in politics, the construction and legal sector. Lucile has a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations and a MA in Human Rights Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.
