Matt Humphreys leads Deloitte Consulting’s US Life Sciences Operations practice. Mr. Humphreys brings over 20 years of experience consulting to a range of Life Science clients from Fortune 500 to high-growth startups. He has worked across the healthcare industry, including biopharmaceutical, MedTech and cell / gene manufacturers, distributors and provider networks. Matt specializes in operations strategy and transformation helping clients establish platforms for growth, improve operational performance and digitizing their core. He has worked across the end-to-end supply chain and has helped clients transform operations in the Americas, EMEA and AsiaPac regions.
