Jennifer Trich Kremer, Ph.D.
is a senior user researcher at Cigna with a background in human factors/psychology. She has worked within the healthcare space for over 10 years (Anthem and Cigna) as well as at IBM, Hewitt/AON, Trilogy, and as a professor at Penn State Erie. She is experienced in quantitative and qualitative research approaches, benchmarking and analytics. She has also worked in applied and traditional research environments. She mentors others about research methodologies, resume/portfolio tips, interviewing, using data to make decisions and day to day questions on the life of a user researcher.
