Whether you want to lose body fat, build muscle or just live a healthy lifestyle, recovery is essential for proper body function. All too often, the foundational idea of muscle recovery is overlooked resulting in physical and mental stress on the body. Mental and physical fatigue is becoming more common in individuals and this is why we are seeing the overuse of stimulants (energy drinks, pre-workouts, etc). Rather than covering up these issues (with short-term solutions), focusing on the source of the issue will create much better long-term solutions.
