Sybil Lynch is a soul diva who came from Paterson, New Jersey. She adopted the name Sybil early on and has been affectionately called that for her entire career. Sybil for many years has been considered the holder of one of the most beautiful and exceptional voices of the last two decades, especially among her contemporaries. Although she has always found a warmer reception in the dance community her versatility has been displayed in a number of genres. Her debut single ‘Falling In love’ was released in 1986 and peaked at No 68 in the British singles chart. It became a regional hit in the clubs around the US and abroad. And today it can still be heard on many weekend dance shows in the US. This was the first in a long line of club and radio successes.
