Alissa Whiteley

For more than 15 years, Alissa Whiteley has been a creator of programs and experiences that uplift and empower students and support K-12 educators. For several of those remarkable years, Alissa was the Director of the Air Force One Discovery Center at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, where she exponentially expanded the scope of the once-in-a-lifetime student experience and cultivated exceptional leadership programs to help develop our nation’s future leaders. Prior to that, she managed a tutoring center. And since 2017, she has been called to bring the Poverty Encounter exhibit and program to life as part of the Children’s Hunger Fund’s goal to educate youth and inspire them to make a difference relating to global poverty. Alissa lives in Southern California with her wonderful husband and son.
