Lynn Flint, MD

Dr. Lynn Flint is a palliative care physician and associate professor in the Division of Geriatrics at the University of California, San Francisco. Her education efforts focus on the intersection between geriatrics and palliative care and serious illness communication. In August 2019, Dr. Flint co-authored an article in the New England Journal of Medicine titled, “Rehabbed to Death: Breaking the Cycle. She works with physicians, training them how to have what providers call Goal of Care conversations with older adults and their family. She lives on a mountain with her husband and 3 kids, and she loves to hike, make crafts, and read.
