Monique Jackson enjoyed a successful tenure at one of the most prestigious record labels in the industry, Island Def Jam Music Group. Her balance of tough love, vision and support helped shape the careers of some of Def Jam's biggest artists including Jay Z, Mariah Carey, Ludacris, Rihanna, LL Cool J, Janet Jackson, and Neyo. After leaving the label in 2005 to start TEAM Image, a PR/ Marketing firm she formed with colleague and friend Kita Williams, Monique's balance of empathy, sensitivity and professionalism maintained the house that Team Image PR built. Today, Monique is running 2 companies, Monique's Dreams - a production company where she creates and executive produce quality programming that feeds the soul, entertains the masses and educates the mind. She holds the title of creator, EP and co-star on VH1’s TO Show. She has consulted on a number of other projects, both reality and scripted. In 2019, she created, produced and sold BET their first digital original reality hit show, WIG OUT. With over 22million views, WIG OUT became the number show on the platform. NBC/Viacom quickly greenlit the show for it's 2nd season, slated to start production in 2021. Monique Jackson Consulting - a PR/ Marketing company focuses on strategic branding for a company’s growth. She has worked with talent like Niecy Nash, Laila Ali, Ne-Yo, Lisa Leslie, Terrell Owens, Sammie, Brandy, Ludacris,Keshia Knight Pulliam, Lance Gross, TJ Jackson and companies such as FX Networks, TV One, NBC, etc.
