Marco Gollarza is the Automotive Head of Industry for SAP Services. His goal is to bring innovation and success to enterprises. A career that spans for over 30 years, he started as an Industrial Engineer in manufacturing and distribution. His early achievements include designing new warehouse flows and business procedures, resulting in efficiencies and savings YoY. After several years in the manufacturing and distribution industry, he joined the software industry and has helped clients to rip the benefits of an efficient supply chain. Some of his achievements include enabling clients to optimize business processes and workflows that resulted in efficiencies, cost savings, and profitability. Marco’s key to success is to be a good listener, not only to C level executives, but to everyone, as sometimes the most insightful information comes from the plant floor.
