Xan Goldberg
With an eye for real estate and technology trends, Xan brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to Guesst. Now a partner at Goldberg Group, Xan runs the finances and generates investment opportunities in up-and-coming neighborhoods. Recently, Xan has diversified Goldberg Group’s portfolio by expanding the company’s focus into proptech and fintech startups. At Guesst, he plays an integral role in bringing in new business, informing product development and creating marketing strategies. Xan previously worked in alumni fundraising at Hunter College and he produced numerous live music events in the New York area. He is currently an MBA candidate at the NYU Leonard Stern School of Business.
