Robert Shaw
Robert Shaw is a management consultant specializing who focuses on developing and implementing organizational practices that increase long-term profitability. In particular, he supports the development of high-performing senior leaders and their teams. Robert has worked in pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, industrial products, defense, power utilities and consumer goods. He authored or co-authored All In: How Obsessive Leaders Achieve the Extraordinary; Extreme Teams: Why Pixar, Netflix, Airbnb, and Other Cutting-Edge Companies Succeed Where Most Fail; Leadership Blindspots: How Successful Leaders Identify and Overcome the Weaknesses that Matter; Trust in the Balance: Building Successful Organizations on Results, Integrity and Organizational Architecture: Designs for Changing Organizations.
