Astor Morgan is a commercial photographer, photographic artist, philanthropist, spokesman and consultant. He has been involved in the photographic industry for 20 years. His appreciation of the visual arts was born while growing up between the two colorful cultures of southern Louisiana and Sicily, Italy. Astor’s images have been published worldwide in magazines, on CD covers, movie posters, as well as featured on national and international television. He has also worked with an array of legendary artists, actors and musicians. He is heavily involved in the global photographic community representing commercial photographers and artists, as the Chairman of the Los Angeles Board of Directors for the Advertising Photographers of America. Through the APA, he helps to educate and inspire photographers through workshops and seminars, promoting strong ethics in the photographic community. Through various silent auctions, print and book publication sales, Astor’s work has helped to raise money for several deserving organizations such as the City of Hope, Pediatric Aids Foundation, Amnesty International, The Aftermath Project, weSpark and Compassionate Eye Foundation.
