Ida Byrd-Hill is CEO of Automation Workz, a cybersecurity reskilling and diversity consulting firm. Ida has five years in Human Resources where she created the Diversity Culture Audit; fourteen years in finances creating the Financial Fitness Course, Fluke –¬ the wealth building game of accidental inventions and My Dream Empire app to train 1000 UAW workers; and fourteen years piloting public – private partnerships including the creation of a cyber alternative high school. Ida is a graduate of University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a BA Economics and Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University with an MBA specializing in People Management/ Strategy. Ida is the author of Invisible Talent Market, a Black Labor Economics History book.
