Dave Holt
Dave was raised in the South Jordan, Utah area by Golden Ray Holt and Shirley Bowen Holt. He is the proud father of three sons and two daughters and the grandfather of seven children. Dave is a Landscape Designer by profession and has a God given talent for this work. He developed his talent at a young age through “on the job” training. His father owned a Landscaping business and recruited him to work. Although he is mostly self-taught, he has had many teachers and mentors over the years. He is well known for the many beautiful gardens and landscapes, both residential and commercial, he has created. Dave has another God given gift. He has an ability to communicate with people on the other side. He both sees and hears those who have passed on. He has had this ability for as long as he can remember. Dave has struggled with embracing this gift for a good part of his life, but in 2019 he had a major heart attack and subsequently required open heart surgery and bypass grafting. During this surgery, he had an amazing near-death experience. During his visit to the other side, he was told that his “gift” was not only his to have, but one to be shared others. He was told “don’t worry about what you say, just open your mouth and I will do the rest.” Dave has total faith in God and has changed his life for good in order to better share his gift with others. He is a fun-loving, humble person who has much to offer. One of Dave’s most endearing attributes is that he is a friend to all.
