Blaine Strickland
H. Blaine Strickland, CCIM, is CEO at HBS Resources, Inc. in Orlando, Fla. During his 40 years in commercial real estate, he has negotiated transactions with The Massimo Group, Crossman & Company, Hanley Investment Group, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Menlo Commercial Real Estate, and more. Strickland has been a CCIM Institute instructor since 2007, and has an extensive background in teaching as an adjunct professor at University of Florida, University of North Carolina, Kenan Flagler Business School, University of Central Florida, and Nova Southeastern University. Strickland was also awarded the CCIM Rising Star Award in 2007 Strickland earned his Bachelor degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Florida, his Master of Arts in Real Estate from University of Florida.
