Cindy Watson
Cindy Watson is the founder of Women On Purpose and creator of the Art of Feminine Negotiation programs. She’s also founder of Watson Labour Lawyers, as an attorney specializing in social justice law for 30 years. She is an international speaker, award-winning author, master negotiator, empowerment coach and consultant, known for her passion, commitment and ability to inspire. Cindy believes all of life is a negotiation and she’s dedicated to helping people leverage their innate powers of persuasion to get what they want and deserve. Cindy loves and promotes all things creative. Dedicated to supporting creatives, she is President of Muskoka Authors Association, Chair of North Words Literary Festival, past Regional Director of Canadian Authors Association and former Board member for Muskoka Arts Council. Her award-winning book, Out of Darkness: The Jeff Healey Story, is a biography celebrating another creative, music icon, Jeff Healey.
