Treasa Bowers

Treasa Bowers is Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for 7-Eleven, Inc., the world’s largest convenience store retailer. In this role, she serves as a champion, change agent and subject matter expert overseeing the advancement of 7-Eleven’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) program. Prior to her role as Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer, she served as Vice President of Human Resources and Acquisition Integration, where she led the integration management office and human resources function for the largest acquisition in the company’s history at that time, responsible for more than 1,000 convenience stores and restaurants and over 16,000 employees. A 31-year veteran of the company, Bowers began her career at 7-Eleven as a management trainee in Salt Lake City, UT progressing to roles in operations and human resources for several different field-based geographic regions. She rejoined in 2010 as a Senior Human Resources Leader, where she oversaw all aspects of human resources and training supporting divisional field operations. Bowers was then promoted to Director of Human Resources and later to Senior Director of Human Resources and Field Talent Acquisition, eventually assuming the role of Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Bowers is a graduate of the Human Resources Institute at Villanova University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management. She has earned numerous honors over her career.
