Zach Leitz
Zack Leitz founded The Backpack Project Inc. in 2015 as a sophomore at the University of Georgia. On a Saturday in Athens, he passed out supply-filled backpacks with a couple of friends, but quickly realized his vision for a student-run nonprofit that could bridge college and homeless communities. Zack now serves as the Chair of TBP’s Board of Directors and is the CMO for MODL, a multi-tool water bottle company.
