My name is Cristal de Oliveira. I'm a 30-year old Brazilian passionate about people and the creativeness we can achieve with the right resources. My role in this world is to provide ways that give people access to opportunities democratically and inclusively. I want to do this by helping people in vulnerable situations, facilitating a sustainable future. I like to deal with the types of challenges that are too complex to describe but that, when resolved, have a significant impact. My work resonates with this through the development and implementation of projects from a people-centered perspective. I have a postgraduate degree in Social Innovation Management from Amani Institute. I'm a Millennial Catalyst at International Connector. I'm also a Fellow of the Starting Bloc Fellowship, a global network of entrepreneurs, activists, educators, and innovators working to create social impact. I love sunsets, music, and hiking.
