Dimitra Manis
Dimitra Manis is a bold, inspirational leader, known for leading award-winning teams through transformations. She is currently the Chief Purpose Officer for S&P Global, overseeing People, Marketing, Corporate Responsibility, DEI, and Communications. She serves as a board member at S&P/ Dow Jones Indices LLC and the S&P Global Foundation. Her “People First” philosophy consistently makes a lasting impact on people, customers, and local communities. Building on extensive experience leading business transformations, Ms. Manis acts as an executive sponsor for strategic initiatives that drive business growth or build foundational capabilities. Before joining S&P Global, Ms. Manis had a breadth of experience as a People leader. Her experience spans across industries (including Consumer Goods, Financial Services and Data, Information & Technology) and geographies (including APAC, EMEA and the Americas) through a variety of progressive senior leadership roles with Revlon, The Esteé Lauder Companies, Thomson Reuters, OpenLink, AXA Group, ANZ Banking Group, Nike, Nortel Networks, and Village Roadshow. A native Australian of Greek origin, Ms. Manis has lived, traveled, and worked in many countries across North America, Europe, and Asia, and is always ready for the next adventure.
