Guest Host: Laura E. Randa is the new Chief Commercial Officer for Curio Digital Therapeutics, Inc. The company is focused on pioneering digital health in women's health. Its first product is in helping women with post-partum depression. Prior to that she served as Chief Executive Officer for Randa BioPharma Solutions, a boutique consulting firm focused on building start-up life sciences companies, advancing pipeline and in-line assets by providing transformative solutions for the life sciences industry. Laura is a seasoned health care and life sciences healthcare executive with three decades of experience building high-performing teams and leading commercial markets across the supply chain. Throughout her career in senior executive roles, she has provided corporate leadership, executed successful turnarounds, and held responsibility for multi-billion-dollar P&L’s. She has successfully lead teams of up to 250 people through product launches to maximize returns, with a focus on driving a fast trajectory to peak sales. Her diverse experience includes large biopharmaceuticals, biotech, managed care, government, specialty and retail pharmacy, hospital systems, public policy, healthcare services, and consulting. Laura serves as a new board member of the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD).
