Matthew Leger is a Research Manager on IDC's Government Insights team responsible for the Worldwide Education Digital Transformation Strategies practice. Mr. Leger’s research focuses on IT and digital transformation trends in K-12 and higher education around the globe. His primary focus is on identifying best practices for implementation and use of key technologies to improve student outcomes and teacher performance, streamline operations and administration, and improve campus management.
