Daphné Vanessa and Shamil Rodriguez are Co-Founders of StartNoo.com, an online platform dedicated to reducing the +$1 Trillion student loan debt crisis and encouraging community impact. Previously, Daphné and Shamil pursued multiple business ventures, including public speaking, industrial automation, entertainment, software technology, and e-commerce. The co-founder's diverse cultural and professional backgrounds led them to where they are today. Daphné's (Haitian-American born in Mississippi) and Shamil's (Puerto-Rican born in New Jersey) diverse experiences have led to making steps towards global financial inclusion. From education initiatives to advocating for the homeless, these co-founders' volunteering experience runs the gamut. Helping nonprofits themselves, let the co-founders to observe the gap in skills nonprofits faced. Coupled with the reality of student loan debt after completing multiple degrees, they knew there had to be a better way. So, they created StartNoo :)
