Nancy Allen
Nancy Allen is founder of IMPACT Training & Development, Inc., a firm specializing in providing coaching and professional development programs for organizations. Nancy has a Masters degree in Counseling from John Carroll University, is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland two-year professional program, and is a Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. Now semi-retired, Nancy offers coaching to people exploring their sexuality and choices they have made or are making. Nancy coordinated the book, “From Bud to Blossom, Our Lesbian Journeys”, which features the stories of 10 previously heterosexual/bisexual women, including Nancy, about their romantic relationship with a woman partner. Nancy hopes the book will help lesbians be more comfortable sharing their lifestyle, as well as those whose family members, including tweens and teens, embrace a lesbian lifestyle.
