Elizabeth (Ellie) Meadows

After graduating with Honors in Psychology from Boise State, Ellie enjoyed a 17-year career as a hotel executive, after which time she chose to follow her newly found passion for culinary, in which she quickly excelled as a Chef and was even in the process of developing and starring in her own show on Food Network. When COVID hit, in combination with a series of tragic events in her personal life, Ellie's dreams and ambitions were suddenly derailed, and she found herself in the throws of a severe depression. She was overcome with darkness, and felt like she had no way out. Then, one day, a miracle took place. Ellie was introduced to the field of energy healing. Over the following months, she was taught how to access and heal the deep-seeded trauma that was fueling her suffering. These methods not only cured her, but also lead her to a path of healing, growth and enlightenment beyond what she could have imagined for herself. Today, Ellie is fully focused on sharing these life-changing modalities with others. She is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, a Reiki Master Teacher and a brand partner for Young Living Essential Oils working under the mentorship of Jack Canfield. She is also an aspiring author and public speaker.  Ellie enjoys life with her husband, Mason and their daughter, Avalon. She is also an avid philanthropist serving those in need around the world.
