Heather Cairns-Lee
Heather enjoys many roles - Adjunct Professor of leadership at IMD business school in Switzerland, Visiting Fellow at the University of Surrey in the UK, Advisory Board Member of the School of Management in Fribourg and President of Business Professional Women BPW Lake Geneva, which is part of the world’s original and largest professional women’s network. She has crafted life to enjoy the diversity of these roles, to continuously learn and grow with new challenges. She partners with individuals and groups to develop leadership and communication and focuses her energy on enhancing inclusive respectful communication, creativity, fulfilment and joy. Originally from the UK, she has travelled extensively and now lives in Switzerland with her husband and two daughters, loves her family, her garden and great conversations.
