Dr. Jessica Thomas is a school leader in Philadelphia and a former technology integration specialist and instructional coach. She is passionate in helping educators engage in technology application in culturally responsive ways. Additionally, she is committed to supporting authentic student driven service learning projects in K-12 environments.
