Michael Bach
Michael Bach is nationally and internationally recognized as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is CEO of the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, an organization he founded in 2012 with the mandate of helping to educate Canadian on the value of D&I. Under Michaels leadership, the organization has received numerous awards, including the Canadian HR Reporter’s Reader’s Choice Aware in the category of Diversity/Employment Equity Consultant from 2016 to 2019. Over the course of his career, Michael has received repeated recognition for his work and won many awards. Michael has a post-graduate certificate in diversity management from Cornell University, and he also holds the Cornell Certified Diversity Professional, Advanced Practitioner (CCDP/AP) designation.
