Ron Goines
on Goines is a seasoned fundraising professional with experience building and overseeing all aspects of fundraising including principal, planned, major, corporate and foundation gifts. His work is often at the intersections of wealth and social justice encouraging individuals and institutions to consider redistribution of their wealth to vulnerable communities. Goines has helped build philanthropic infrastructure at The Movement For Black Lives (M4BL) as its Chief Fundraiser and as Managing Director of Development at the LGBT Victory Fund and Institute. He has also served as Director of Major Gifts and Corporate Relations for The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights (LCCHR), building the corporate relations program there and helping grow major gifts and establishing a pipeline of donors of color. Prior to LCCHR, he served as Chief Development Officer for Planned Parenthood Southeast. He is an alum of Oberlin College.
