David Sloan Wilson
Dr. David Sloan Wilson is State Univ. of NY Distinguished Professor of Biology and Anthropology at Binghamton University, president of the Evolution Institute and co-founder of Prosocial.world and AtlasHugged.world. He has made foundational contributions to evolutionary science and its applications to human affairs. He is author of two pivotal books in cultural evolution: DOES ALTRUISM EXIST? CULTURE, GENES AND THE WELFARE OF OTHERS and THIS VIEW OF LIFE: COMPLETING THE DARWINIAN REVOLUTION. Also an associate of Nobel laureate Elinor Ostrom, Dr. Wilson conducted important discussions with H. H. the Dalai Lama on science and religion in 2019.
