Adenike Miles-Sorinmade

Adenike Miles-Sorinmade is a Contract Negotiator for Intuitive Surgical, a global technology company that has advanced minimally invasive care through advanced robotics systems. Before starting her legal career, Adenike graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law. While attending W&L, she held board positions in the Black Law Student Association, Student Coalition for Campus Change, and Women Law Students Organization. Adenike’s dedication to campus change along with her significant contribution to the University community led the University to award her with the Calhoun Bond University Award as well as the Randall P. Bezanson Award. In addition to spearheading campus change, Adenike also served as Professor Carliss Chatman’s Research Assistant. Prior to joining Intuitive Surgical, Adenike began her legal career working at an Atlanta law firm focusing on contract drafting, negotiating deal documents, entity formation, and corporate governance matters.
