Zera Zheng
Zera Zheng is the Head of Business Resilience Lead Logistics in Maersk, and is a Certified Business Resilience & Safety/Security Professional. She has vast experience in building robust business resilience programmes from scratch and bringing employees and stakeholders along on the journey by ultimately enabling them to see the importance in resilience as a key contributor to safety, reputation, and revenue. In 2020 Zera and her teams work on resilience programs within supply chain logistics which was recognised by winning the Business Continuity Institute Award.
