Jaina Mistry

Jaina’s drive for fitness was sparked by a rare, life-threatening condition, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, which was triggered by a severe allergic reaction to penicillin in 2002. The illness left her blind and fighting for her life and health at the age of 17. Jaina’s decision to accept her sight loss was a life-changing moment that enabled her to overcome the odds to become England’s first blind female fitness trainer. She has since won numerous industry awards, been featured on platforms from the BBC, ITV to Women’s Own Magazine, and transformed her health and independence with the help of her Guide Dog, Laura. Jaina’s unique approach of “seeing things differently” and “making adversity your asset” is her signature way of helping clients elevate their physical and mental fitness in the easiest way to experience optimal results in life and business.
