Darren Overfield is an organizational consultant, executive coach and educator. He has authored articles on leadership and team development in a range of publications including Harvard Business Review online, Chief Learning Officer, Consulting Psychology Journal, and Talent Quarterly. Blending hands-on management experience with a practical way of applying psychology to the workplace, Darren helps executives become more effective leaders and teams improve their performance. Trained as a behavioral scientist and as an MBA, Darren was on adjunct faculty at Center for Creative Leadership for 15 years, where he designed and delivered leadership development programs for senior executives from around the world. Before becoming a consultant, Darren held management positions at General Electric and Genworth Financial.
