Damian Culhane is an experienced Non-Executive Director, master coach and professionally qualified Chartered Manager – with over 30 year’s international experience. He has worked in multiple sectors delivering results driven talent management programmes, unlocking human potential working with senior stakeholders – to amplify performance. Damian creates and implements learning and development playbooks that tap into the brilliance of teams. He has developed, designed and implemented over 35 academy playbooks for skills enhancement and contributed some spectacular increases in productivity and sales performance including increasing annual sales by £1.1m at a boutique hotel chain.
