With over 15 years of sales enablement experience, Debbi Varela now leads Revenue Enablement at Procore. She is responsible for designing, implementing and managing a multi-faceted Revenue Enablement strategy for Procore’s Global Revenue Organization. A key focus is to innovate new ways to deploy critical and foundational programs that scale across the Revenue Organization to drive productivity, decrease ramp time and improve individual attainment. Prior to Procore, Debbi has led several enablement teams and/or programs within the technology industry where her work has received several awards by nationally recognized organizations. Outside of work, Debbi enjoy’s mountain biking, hiking and exploring with her family.
